Pull up status information from XactAnalysis

Whenever the claim reaches a certain status in xactanalysis, the same must be pulled and updated so that the need to manually update the claim again in Hubvia is removed.

The XactAnalysis system must initiate a data transfer when the claim reaches certain statuses. The Hubvia system must update the status for the corresponding claim with the status information from the imported data.
