Signing into Slack

With the latest Slack Migration, there are a lot of users who are having issues signing in. This article will assist you in getting signed into Slack!

After you have launched the app on your computer, right click on "Sign In to Brush Claims" and select "Copy Link".

You will then want to open an Incognito Window on your browser. This can be done by selecting the 3 dots on the top right corner of the window, or by pressing CTRL+Shift+N.

From there you will want to paste the link into the private browser window. This can be done by right clicking and pressing "Paste" or by simply pressing "CTRL+P".

(You may need to copy the link from Slack again)

You will then want to select "Sign in with Brush Claims Account".

This will prompt you to enter your email address for your Microsoft/Outlook account.

For the password, you will need to use your password for your Brush Claims or SwiftView 360 Microsoft/Outlook account, not your email/password for your Slack account!

It will then send a notification to your Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile device.

It will then show the pop-up asking you to "Open" the application on your device.
