Sending a Desk Adjust Claim to the Field

When a Desk Adjusted Claim needs to be sent to Dispatch for assignment of a field Adjuster, please follow the steps below

 

1. On the claim you are wanting to change, select the pencil to the right of "Handling Team" - uncheck the Desk Adjust check box and click Save.

   

2. Select a Reason for change to field and click Save.



3. The claim will have the Adjuster removed, the Supervisor and Manager will be retained, and the status will be automatically changed to Unassigned sending it to the Dispatch queue.
