If you have previously had the HubOnsite Mobile App installed on your device and want to reinstall it, this will guide you through reinstalling the app to your device without needing a new code.
If you have removed the HubOnsite App from your device or had it installed on your device previously, you can reinstall it to your device without needing a new link and code. This will guide you through that process of reinstalling it.
1. Go to the App Store on your device. If you do not have it installed, you will have to install it first. If you are unsure how to, you can look up How to install the App Store on an iPhone
2. Select your profile photo in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select "Apps". On some devices this might be called "Purchased".
4. Select "Not on this iPhone". You can search through the apps, or you can use the search bar to search for "HubOnsite". Once you have found the app, you can press the re-install icon to the right of the app. If you do not see it under "Not on this iPhone", you may want to search under "All".
If you cannot find the app on your device, you can request a new link and code by visiting our Scoping App Access Request Form.
Once you have downloaded the HubOnsite app, you will want to sign in using the same credentials you use to sign into Hubvia on the web. If you cannot remember your password, you can select the "Forgot Password?" option to have a password reset link sent to your email.
