Pull up notes data from XactAnalyisis to Hubvia

Whenever notes are created/updated in XactAnalysis the same must be pulled to Hubvia so that the need to manually create/update them again in Hubvia is removed.

The XactAnalysis system must initiate a data transfer when notes are entered by the Adjuster against a claim for certain claim status changes.The Hubvia system must update the activity log for the claim with the notes obtained from the imported data.
