Pull up adjuster assignment details from XactAnalysis to Hubvia

Whenever a claim is assigned to an adjuster in XactAnalysis, it must be pulled to Hubvia so that the need to manually assign the claim again in Hubvia is removed.

The XactAnalysis system must initiate a data transfer whenever a claim is assigned to an adjuster. The notes for the adjuster if any must also be transferred to Huvbvia. The Hubvia system must update the claim with the assignment details obtained from the imported data.
