How do I clear my cache and hard reload?

Often if Hubvia is being difficult this is the first step to try:

If using Chrome - right click on the page, click "Inspect" and a developer panel will open.

Right Click on the refresh button for the page and a menu should display, click on Empty Cache and Hard Reload.

Once the page starts to reload, you can close the developer panel with the small x at the top right of the panel.

If this doesn't solve your problem, please check for Browser updates (Menu for your browser - Help - About and it should check for updates or show it is fully up to date.
