Entering Activity Note in a Claim

This demonstrates how to enter a note into the activity log, and how to send the note in an email format.

Under the "Add Activity" section within a claim, you can add an activity note in the description text box.

 

Once the note is typed out, select the blue "Add to Entry Log" button, and then select "Add to Log and Clipboard" to add your note to the activity log. The activity log can be found just below by selecting the "Activity Log" tab. 

 

You also have the ability to send your note as an email. Just above the descriptions text box is a checkbox option to "Send as Email."


You must add something to the description box in order for the checkbox to function. Once you select the checkbox, you can search for the email address you would like to send the note to. Choose the email address you would like to notify and select save.
