Disabling Automatic Updates for Apps on iOS/Android Devices

iOS Devices

1. Go to your Settings, scroll down to the bottom of the settings page and select "App Store."
2. Scroll down until you see the "Automatic Downloads" section and turn off the "App Updates" option.

Android Devices

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
3. Next, select "Settings" from the menu.
4. Expand the "Network Preferences" section and select "Auto-update Apps."
5. Now choose "Don't Auto-update Apps" from the pop-up menu and tap "Done."
