Continue transferring data between Hubvia and XactAnalysis

When the claim is reopened As the system, it must continue to transfer data between Hubvia and XactAnalysis when a claim is reopened so that Hubvia and XactAnalysis systems can continue to be in sync in terms of data.


The Hubvia system must stop transferring data to XactAnalysis for claims that are closed.
If the user makes changes to a closed claim in Hubvia, then the status must be manually changed to 'Reopened' so that it can continue data transfer with XactAnalysis.


If Hubvia, receives data from XactAnalysis for a claim that is closed, then it must automatically change the status of the claim to 'Reopened' and update the claim with the data received.
The Hubvia system must continue to transfer all data just like its a newly created claim.
