Bulk Payment Tool Issues

Problem

Bulk Payment tool won’t enable the Apply button.

Solution

The Bulk Payment tool will not allow payments to process for any invoices that are locked or are voided.

  1. Check the Claim Grid for any locked claims

  2. Check the Claim Grid for any orange rows.

 

Not seeing any locked or orange? Please try changing the brightness down/contrast up on your monitor as this sometimes hides the color.
